An old cypress windbreak makes way for a native garden
An overgrown cypress windbreak along a rural driveway was removed, chipped and ground out to make way for a native garden that’s easier to manage.
What can you take?
Branches, prunings, hedge clippings, logs and stumps. We don’t take household rubbish, soil, or treated or painted timber. If you’re not sure, send us a photo.
Is it cheaper to keep the mulch?
Usually, yes — leaving it on site saves the cost of carting it away, and it’s useful on garden beds and bare ground.
Can you clean up after someone else’s job?
Yes. Tell us what’s been left and we’ll quote to process and clear it.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the volume, the size of the material, access and whether it stays or goes: size, species and condition, how close it is to buildings or lines, how easy it is to get gear in, and what you want done with the wood, chips and stump. That’s why we look first. The site assessment is free and your quote is a fixed price for the agreed work — the price we quote is the price you pay.
