Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), the town or suburb of the job, the service you need, how soon you need it, and anything you tell us about the job. We also record which page the form was sent from.
If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to send, such as photos.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry: to contact you, arrange a site assessment, prepare a quote and carry out and invoice any work you ask us to do. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.
Services we use
- Web3Forms delivers enquiry form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google (Gmail) hosts our email inbox.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how people use this site — for example, which pages are visited and whether the form or phone links are used. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser, not your name or contact details. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on this site.
These providers may store data outside Australia.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations, and then delete them.
Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing otwaytc@gmail.com.
