The situation
A row of old cypress had grown into a tall, overgrown windbreak along a rural driveway. The owners wanted something more manageable in its place: a native garden that would support local plants and wildlife.
The work
The crew felled the cypress in sections, fed the branches through the chipper beside the truck, and used the tracked loader to move the heavy logs. Once the trees were down, the stump grinder worked through the stumps along the bank so the ground could be prepared for planting.
The result
The driveway bank is open and ready for its new native planting, and the branches were chipped on site. We were lucky with the weather, too.
